Pricing

• •Card deposits are available on every plan that includes bookings.
• •Devvle charges 0.5% of each card deposit, or £0.50, whichever is higher. There is no monthly activation fee. Stripe's own processing fees are charged by Stripe on top.
• •The activation fee is per active account per month: an account that takes no card deposits in a month pays nothing that month.
• •Per-artist payouts are included. A studio chooses whether deposits settle to one studio account or to each artist’s own Stripe account, at no difference in price.
• •These are the standard rates. Devvle may agree different rates with an individual studio; the rates a studio accepted when it set up card payments are the ones that apply to it.

Terms a studio accepts

   Refunds and chargebacks are yours.

   Card deposits are paid to your own Stripe account, and you are the merchant on the customer’s statement. Refunds, chargebacks and any resulting negative balance come out of your balance, not Devvle’s. Disputes are answered by you in your Stripe dashboard.

   Devvle’s fees.

   Devvle currently charges 0.5% of each card deposit, or £0.50, whichever is higher. There is currently no monthly activation fee; if one is introduced you will be told before it applies. Stripe's own processing fees are deducted separately by Stripe.

3. 3

   Fees are not returned on a refund.

   When you refund a deposit, Devvle’s fees on that deposit are not refunded to you. That includes the monthly activation fee when the refunded booking was the one that triggered it.
